A. Free Replacement or Full Refund

We provide free replacement (no return required) or full refund (including original shipping fees and taxes) for:

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    If the item arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered due to our error.
    Requirement: Send clear photo proof within 30 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking).
    We cover all replacement shipping costs.
  2. Late or Missing Delivery
    Delivery Guarantee: 100% full refund if not delivered within 45 days from the estimated date (per tracking).

B. Order Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund if you contact us within:

  • 24 hours (weekdays)
  • 48 hours (weekends/holidays)

After this time, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

C. Change of Mind

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or personal preference. We encourage reviewing size charts and product details before ordering.

D. Exclusions

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or printing process (standard for custom items).
  • Shipping fees (non-refundable except in cases of our error).
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees (non-refundable).

E. How to Request Refund or Replacement

    • Order number
    • Photo proof (if applicable)
    • Brief explanation
  2. We review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
