At Pemagear, your satisfaction is our top priority. All products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand), so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for any manufacturing issues or our errors while balancing customer protection with sustainable production.
All items qualify for the customized production exception (similar to engraving or print-on-demand products), so returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-quality reasons (change of mind, sizing, preference) are not permitted.
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Quality Issues or Our Errors)
We provide free replacement (no return required) or full refund (including original shipping fees and taxes) for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (due to our error)
- Late or missing delivery (see Delivery Guarantee below)
Requirement: Send clear photo proof within 30 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking).
Delivery Guarantee: 100% full refund if not delivered within 45 days from the estimated date (per tracking).
We cover all replacement shipping costs. No need to ship the item back for approved claims.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund if you contact us within:
- 24 hours (weekdays)
- 48 hours (weekends/holidays)
After this time, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
3. Change of Mind, Sizing, or Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage reviewing our detailed Size Charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. We recommend measuring yourself and ordering one size up if you are between sizes.
4. Exclusions
- Minor color variations due to screen settings or printing process (standard for custom items).
- Shipping fees (non-refundable except in cases of our error).
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees (non-refundable).
5. How to Request Refund or Replacement
- Email support@pemagear.com with your Order number, photo proof (if applicable), and brief explanation.
- We review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Return Address & Fees
Please contact support@pemagear.com first to initiate a return or replacement. We will provide the specific warehouse address for your return (do not send to our registered business address in Washington).
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (our error), we cover all shipping costs and will email you a prepaid shipping label if return is required. In rare cases where a return is approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee: $0.00 (no fees for approved quality claims).
